Our founder, Kevin Leparski, began his career in the industrial power space directly after graduating from Southern Illinois University. He spent nearly nine years specializing in heavy-duty, gas-powered engines at Power Solutions International in Wooddale, IL, filling a wide range of roles.
From OEM support to managing generator field service teams, overseeing warranty evaluations, and eventually sales, he gained experience across every part of the business. This depth of expertise now informs our approach to aftermarket parts, rentals, and service.
During his time at Power Solutions International, Kevin saw firsthand the types of challenges clients in this industry face. He launched Pinpoint Industrial to fill necessary gaps in this industry and provide the front-to-back solutions customers need to maximize operational efficiency and uptime.
